Remove the Buy Template button
The floating “Buy template” pill is a sales helper for this preview. After you buy, open Layout Templates → Main and delete the layer “Buy Template (remove after purchase)”. Or select it and switch its visibility off.
It lives only in the layout template, so one change removes it from every page.

Change the name and words
The giant hero word is a normal text layer on Home called “Mark”. Type your own name and it will still fill the width.
All headings use shared text styles (Mark, Display, Heading, Title, Statement, Italic, Lead, Body, Label). Edit a style once and every page follows.

Change the colours
Colours are shared styles: Paper, Ink, Moss, Brass, Lake and Night. Change Brass to your accent and the edge tab, buttons and labels update together.

Rooms, experiences, journal and offers
Open the CMS. Rooms, Experiences, Journal, Offers and FAQs drive the lists and the room and story pages.
The room carousel on Home (“Room slivers”) is edited in the right panel: add up to eight rooms with a photo, name, details, rate and link.

Photos
Select any photo and replace its fill. The hero photo is the layer “Photo” inside Home → Hero → Stage → Window. The halftone branches and the lake map are transparent PNGs; keep them or swap them for your own.

Motion
Motion is added by code overrides from Motion.tsx (for example withArch on the hero window, withDrift on the image cloud). To remove an effect, clear the Code Override on that layer. Pages always load in their finished state, so nothing can stay hidden.
On the live site the hero pins for one screen while the photo closes into an arch, and the experience cards slide over the pinned lake photo.

Forms
The booking form on Book a stay sends to Framer forms. Add your email or a webhook in the form’s settings.
